On Sunday we hopped on a train for a day down by the coast in Brighton.... First Capital Connect are currently offering 2 for 1 tickets for adults so only cost us £12 each bargain!!!
First stop Bill's for brunch, I had the healthy breakfast board which was delicious, fruit kebabs, cute jars of yoghurt & granola & honey on the side, the other girls had Eggs Benedict which was equally as tasty! Highly recommended!
We then stopped off at the beach to top up the tans and then headed to the beach-front bar for a jug of stewed & tattooed (recipe below), lovely day down at the seaside, got to make the most of this weather.....
